1. Purpose
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern all services offered by Northy ("Northy"): tourist transport, airport transfers, private chauffeur, private taxi, tours, excursions and concierge services. Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Booking
Booking requests are made by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the forms on the site. A booking is considered confirmed only after Northy's explicit agreement specifying the service, date, time and agreed price.
3. Pricing
Prices are provided for guidance on a quote basis and confirmed at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise, they are per service and may vary according to the vehicle, number of passengers, distance, duration and any specific requests. Tolls, parking fees and extended waiting times may be subject to a surcharge.
4. Payment
Payment terms (cash, bank transfer or other agreed method) and any deposit are specified upon booking confirmation. The reference currency is the Moroccan dirham (MAD).
5. Cancellation & changes
- Any cancellation or change request must be communicated to Northy as soon as possible.
- A late cancellation or a customer no-show at the meeting point may result in full or partial charging of the service.
- Northy reserves the right to cancel or rearrange a service in the event of force majeure (weather conditions, restrictions, technical incident), offering a postponement or a refund.
6. Customer obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when booking, to respect the agreed schedule and to behave in a manner compatible with the safety and comfort of the transport. The number of passengers and luggage may not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle.
7. Liability
Northy does everything possible to provide quality services in compliance with safety rules. Northy cannot be held liable for delay or non-performance resulting from force majeure, an act of the customer or a third party. Northy's liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned.
8. Luggage & personal items
Luggage and personal belongings remain the customer's responsibility. We invite you to check that you have not left any items on board at the end of each trip.
9. Complaints
Any complaint about a service must be sent to Northy at info@northy.ma as soon as possible after the service so that it can be handled quickly.
10. Personal data
The processing of data collected as part of a booking is described in our privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Tanger shall have sole jurisdiction.
